My work explores the relationship between nature and identity through the imaginary world which I create in my paintings. I work with themes such as nostalgia, love and safety. I believe that in this world, there is a need for art that is comforting.  

I work mainly with watercolor and gouache. My paintings include lots of tiny details that reveal themselves after taking time to look at the painting. I use bright, vivid colors, creating a lively world in my paintings.

I am currently working on a series of bunny paintings. These paintings display a family of bunnies doing everyday chores around their house and garden. I think that beauty lies in mundane things.
